I haven't watched the anime in years, even back when I did I only watched the episodes that had decent animation. I followed the manga and its wonky pacing to the end though the games offering all the important stuff without the bullshit is pretty great. I wish YuYu Hakusho and HxH would get the same treatment, but we all know HxH isn't ending any time soon.

Naruto still has a fractions of tail beast charka absorbed during the first bump scene. He acts as meeting place for all nine beasts. As long as he can go to six path sage mode, he can access those other 8 tail beasts powers at once.
During the last movie, Naruto can summon a physical Kurama out of his own body and still maintain his Six path sage mode. Naruto has only got stronger since the fourth war, not weaker.

Yes, but Naruto has to gain a lot of Senjutsu to get enough power to go into Asura mode. That's why Naruto had to distract Sasuke from realizing that weakness.
