Episode 4 was changed the most from what I could tell, a lot of really obvious, unnecessary and ugly CGI.
The scream in Episode 5 I refer to is when Vadar lops off Luke's hand and then he jumps. In the digital remaster, he screams as he's falling, unlike in the original where he is silent as he falls. I think 5 was pretty good as far as the remaster goes, but that change alone really tarnishes the original.
