Other than everything being improved in B2/W2, nothing. Those along with HG/SS was the best era of Pokemon, shame Gen6 and Megas put a sour taste in my mouth. B/W was great in that you were given 150+ new Pokemon and it kinda 'forced' you to learn about them all, which is great because I made so many new favorites in Gen5 because of that, rather than just catching/using what I like from the previous 4 gens.
