First of all, if you're worried about line quality actual subject matter for drawing doesn't really matter. If you want good lines just practice drawing with as few lines as possible. From what I see your lines aren't too bad already but you do have a tendency to chicken scratch in places you aren't used to drawing like the jawline and the connection between the arm and the latissimus dorsi. Just practice drawing whatever over and over with one confident, bold stroke instead of several smaller ones to make a longer line and you're good. Going digital would probably help as you can just control z any bad lines.

Drawing for myself is boring, that's why I come here to take requests. Because it makes others happy, and in turn that makes me happy to know someone appreciates something I draw. That's what makes me proud of the things I draw.
I'm not going to draw for someone who is discouraging of another artist's attempt, regardless of skill level. At the core these threads are practice for all skill levels. When you post a request you should know that you're rolling dice, and there's a chance you'll get a delivery that's from someone who is just a beginner. You can't come in here expecting all professional level deliveries. Commission an artist you like if you want a certain quality of delivery.

Certainly not more capable, but I liked the request, felt inspired and thought I'd give it a shot too. Didn't manage capturing the pinup look better either.
I'd like to say this was a quick sketch, but I redrew the head about four thousand times over an hour or two and I'm still not satisfied. The original intention was a more western style image but what can I do.
I also really need to learn proper shading on the computer, I can't wrap my head around blendings and dilutions and whatnot. God help me when I start experimenting with actual colors.

Kinda fed up trying to amend this, but whenever I try to draw anything curvy really fast, it comes off like this in SAI. It doesn't seem to happen in Photoshop, openCanvas, Clip Studio Paint and AutoDesk, but it still happens in SAI and Krita and since I'm so used to drawing in SAI, it kinda bothers me. I've already tampered back and forth with drivers but to no avail. I tried a app called FixMyPen suggested by a kind anon, which seemed to help with other various problems I had, but not with this one. Is it something in SAI/Krita that I need to tamper with or am I forever cursed with this?

Forever cursed, that's a common enough issue with shit mice and it's purely a low-quality sensor issue, I didn't know it applied to drawing tablets too.
If you could turn up the poling rate (Hz) if your device either via driver settings or overclocking it might smooth it out a bit, but it would never fix it completely.
