Microsoft paid for timed exclusivity. Sony didn't. That's all.

Which probably didn't work out well for them considering the game's sales have been below Wonderful 101 tier. Bit of a shame since apparently it's quite good if you like the newer, totally-not-Uncharted style of Tomb Raider.

It'll be out on PS4/PC as soon as the timed exclusivity ends though.
