Super Star Wars for the SNES just came out on PSN. I didn't expect that at all, but it's cool.

I definitely recommend the KOTOR series but they can both be incredibly slow for some. KOTOR II has incredible writing though, despite being unfinished and is one of my personal favorites.
I just got Battlefront II, space battles are awesome but it's a bit dated. Online doesn't work anymore but there are some custom servers up and running. I would check those out as well as look up some mods (some up the total player count, etc.).

KotOR is a pain in the ass to run properly on modern systems, don't bother. KotOR II got a nice Steam patch that makes it run great and widescreen without any hassle.
There's not point in buying Battlefront 2, just pirate it. You need other programs to find online games anyway.

Which have you started with? KOTOR I's starts out pretty slow, doesn't go much further than that. Picks up a little bit and becomes a bit more when you become a Jedi and get your saber.
KOTOR II's a bit more interesting- you start as a Jedi but get your lighsaber later as the game progresses. It introduces some other factors in to combat like forms (which are essentially buffs in the forms of sidegrades or enhancements, for example).
