Looks passable for a fan game but... why?
The stage looks pretty great, but the character models and some of the effects look kind of cheap/tacky which drags it down.

Megaman's standard walking animation is bit stiff, other than that it looks great. It's a shame he didn't do Megaman 2 instead though.
