I'd also like to be able to elect officials and shit like Mayors who would be the go to settler to talk to if you wanted to know what the deal with that settlement was or wanted to delegate more responsibility to said settlement.
I'd like to change the settler cap to different levels depending on the settlement itself. It's fucking stupid that I can have a total of 32 settlers in Hangman's Alley if I do the charisma stacking thing, but if I'm an 1 charisma retard I can only have 11 people living in Sanctuary which is huge. Settler caps should depend on perks, charisma, and the size of the settlement itself. Places like Sanctuary, Sunshine Co-op, Spectacle, and Bunker Hill should have massive settler limits, but on the flip side places like Hangman's Alley, Tenpines Bluff, and Oberland Station should have smaller limits to reflect their respective sizes.
I'd also like more intuitive building that allows me to place objects inside set doodads and the ability to clear out small debris and weeds. It's fucking infuriating to have to build around these tiny piles of trash and have weeds sticking out through the foundation because you can't remove them.
