She got rereleased in 2013 for Kongiku's release and is getting rereleased again for Yuzuruha's release. Although expect her price to be quite a bit higher if the Odin Sphere rereleases are anything to go by

In video games and anime, it's usually the small statured characters that translate well in nendoroid form but as you said, those are the ones that usually tend to increase in price. It really would be interesting to see more Animal Crossing nendos since the style fits it perfectly but I wonder if there will be a character worth pursuing that will sell as much as Isabelle

It's easy to have restraint if you know your limits and have proper space management. Pick series and lines you want to stick to and don't impulse buy. Nothing's worst than having Chinese plastic that you won't even take out to display or mess around with if it's articulated.
If it's just Monohime I can see it slip into getting the other scales from Vanilla ware seeing how popular they are. Depends if you want just her or the rest of the line of characters from the series.
