They're not the same reincarnation. They're different people who happen to share the same spirit - the spirit of the hero.
Think of all of the Links as one breed of dog. An individual dog of that dog breed may have a different personality and slightly different traits or fur patterns, but they hall have the same basic looks (young hylian male in green outfit,) were all "bred" for the same purpose (kill off the demonic evil that appears in Hyrule ever several hundred years) and have the same basic temperaments and behavioral traits (courageous, willing to help, etc.)

Zelda is the only true reincarnation out lot, she is the literal reincarnation of a god, with her memories completely wiped with each incarnation.
