What's your game of the year so far /v/ mines dying light I enjoyed this game a lot .I still need to try Star Wars battlefront just cause 3 and bloodborne.Im a big fallout fan but I think the engine fills the same it's great and I love it but I don't think it's my goty as of right now dying light takes the plate

Yes, hard difficulty nerfs the minimap and runner's sense in various ways. It should really be the game's regular difficulty.
Hard to believe how much better Dying Light is compared to Dead Island. Going out at night isn't as hard as it advertises, though. The AI isn't good enough at navigating buildings to make it a challenge. I know there needs to be SOME way to outrun an enemy that's faster than you, but when you can hop a railing and stop it dead while it climbs over, that's a bit silly.

There are aspects of Dead Island I do miss like the ability to add mods to guns and the tropical setting.
But yeah I actually finished Dying Lights while I never got past the city area of Dead Island 1 or the first swamp area of Dead Island 2.
Dying Light's co-op with your bros is some of the most fun I've had in years.
