Only things I've gotten so far are the Alien Isolation DLC's, well the ones that weren't included in the season pass. Decided not to get anything else before I get my refund, I just hope I'll get it on monday, also why the fuck do steam refunds take 3 days even if I just pay from my steam wallet, it makes absolutely no sense to lock money in limbo if it has been cleared sitting in my wallet for weeks.

I was tempted to buy Kingdoms of Amalur, because I'm pretty desperate for a new RPG to play, but then I realized the devs don't exist anymore anyway so there's no point. Instead I might grab Risen 3 since it sounds like it's actually decent, unlike Risen 2 which was shit.
Is Hand of Fate any good though? Seems like once you've seen a card, next time it pops up you'll know which choice is the better one to pick which would kill replayability.

It's a really cool idea but it just falls completely flat. Needed some more interactivity. You can catch on to what's going on pretty quick but it doesn't really end there, you have to watch certain amount of videos. Then when the ending does trigger it just asks you if you know what's going on then rolls credits if you say yes

The gameplay itself is nothing revolutionary, typical rpg battle system that is pretty poorly balanced where some compositions are super weak and others outright superior to anything else.
The story is good, sets the tone of the game and lots of dark humor sprinkled throughout. I would recommend it.

I don't get the comparisons between Lisa and Undertale, the story and atmosphere are not similar at all. The gameplay doesn't even come close to being similar. One is a bullet hell styled game, the other typical rpg.

There was a grand total of 1 person with skill involved with that game: the artist
and that person was obviously a lazy piece of shit because nothing has more than 3 frames of animation, usually 1-2.
The gameplay is horrid and nearly nonexistent and the story is simply there, neither entertaining nor painful, simply something that will go in one ear and out the other.

Because they're both Mother inspired RPGs. I hate using that term but I tried looking for the first RPG to not take itself 100% seriously and focus on humor stitched together with dark tones.
Unfortunately Mother was the first to do this.
Undertale just took the liberty of adding a different kind of gameplay, one that was needed to allow the spare mechanic to function.

Fallout NV is miles better than FO3.

Just finished it. Some things of note, the writing is pretty good. You will however be frustrated by the initial walking speed and the inability to jump across ledges till you get the means to do so. Taking Joy with any character will change your ending but the "Joyless" ending isn't any different save for some dialogue that isn't immediately relevant to your character. As for the tone, shit is dark and itgets worsesimply put if you are feeling down probably not the best game to play atm. However if you like dark humor and melancholic/hopeless situations then you'll enjoy it.

Both Satellite Reign and Shadowrun are cyberpunk-ish tactical games, so get just one of them. As I said, Dragonfall if you haven't played it yet, otherwise Hong Kong. I've heard good things about Satellite Reign but can't tell much more than that, plus it's kind of lacking in popularity. Your choice.

It's heavily influenced by RNG, if that will annoy you then this is not the game for you. I enjoyed it quite a bit but stopped playing once I beat every boss once, it can get quite repetitive as it goes on with you needing to beat slightly more difficult variations of the same bosses. Look up a gameplay video on youtube for a better idea of what it's like.

Let me remedy that. FUCK this game. FUCK the fucking cancerous pathfinding, retarded characters, absent AI and absent commands. The game asks you to multitask quite a bit, and is absolutely not optimized for it.
Money is a mixed case. You get cash from doing missions and siphoning ATMs, which is good. Money is spent either researching how to reproduce the loot you got from missions, research blueprints, or buy things at the black market (also tipping of your informants I guess). The black market items can also be acquired during missions, so at first was wondering why I should fucking pay to get stuff instead of doing missions, the fucking point of the game? Well, because it's the only way to get some things. And you don't always know what you'll get during missions, so you may end up buying your loot.
Also, at will invisibility is fucking broken and you can't change your squad's classes. You CAN personalize them however, often to give them all the same abilities, sometimes -way too rarily- to prepare for a specific run.
It's not bad per se, but not stellar. A solid 10$ game, paying more is getting fucked in the ass.
