While there is a lot better about FO3 than FO4, I still prefer 4 just because it's the first modern Fallout that has good gameplay. I actually like shooting things, I can actually stand the animations and the voice acting, etc.
It is shitty of me to say, but the shooting alone makes FO4 better than 3 for me. New Vegas, however, is better in my book. If I could have NV with FO4's shooting, I would be in love.
