You're given a quest by a group of people who want to purge all dragons from Skyrim to kill a dragon who have helped you trough all of the game, called Paarthurnax.
You get this quest, get told that all dragons need to die, have to travel to the top of a mountain, go and tell the dragon he needs to die, and then kill him.
But he's a bro so there's actual very little reason to do it. And if you let him live and keep the quest unfinished he can help you enhance your magic. I'm not sure you even get anything if you complete the quest.
And it's not a main quest so there's no reason to really do it.

The wounding, burning, and exploding mods are so fucking broken when put on any automatic weapon. I made this weapon just to clean up the .38 ammo you find everywhere and it tears ass. Every bleeding debuff stacks with the others and at that fire rate the damage on the gun could be 1 for all I care.

Well the enclave armor isn't enclave specifically, they don't have the E with stars around it so it's just generic armor that the enclave happens to use, like any power armor that isn't raider or used by the BoS. Even then, BoS is just painting it specific colors, not anything like making different designs and shit. You can do it with the other factions too.

Higher luck is rumored to help find better legendaries and maybe it's just placebo, but I'm pretty sure since I bumped my luck to 10 I've been finding better legendaries. And yeah, I just happened to find a wounding pipe pistol. Turned it into the automatic rifle that it is now. As far as static bleeding weapons I dunno. But Spray and Pray is sold by Cricket and is similarly destructive, just slightly less so.
