Later on you have a lot of options to play any class with a very vast option of skills / arts, but here's a breakdown for everyone, in case you're still wondering what each specialized class excels at, note that all classes can focus either on melee or ranged assist, as the need arises. Weapon switch button exists for a reason:
>Bastion Warrior ---> Thermal Damage & Tanky as all shit, focus can be either ranged or melee.
>Duelist ----> Arms Warrior (a.k.a Melee DPS) with Assault Rifle. Really freaking awesome at breaking enemy appendages.
>Full Metal Jaguar ----> Dual Wield two guns and swords, amazing damage and mobility. Really slaps some shit, if played with mixed combat focus (melee & ranged)
>Astral Crusader -----> Dragoon or Sniper & Electric Damage. RAIJIN MOTHERFUCKER.
>Mastermind ----> Debuff, Debuff and in case you didn't catch that Debuff. Also, has mind control and general disabling abilities making this class kind of cool for situations where control can turn the tide in your favor.
>Galactic Knight -----> You get a heal, i get a heal, EVERYONE gets a heal. Support is the name of the game and sick laser beams are what you use to hurt stuff.
