Its a side scrolling beat'm up where you fight your way through a retirement home. Its actually fairly challenging, AMD pretty funny and fun to play.

Madness Combat wasn't exactly a "game" nor was it "great" but I still remember it very clearly.
Looking back on it, I have to wonder what I saw it. Even during it's day it wasn't particularly good: lazy design and animation, repetitive action, filled with try-hard humor, had the aesthetic of a nu-metal album cover, etc. I was not a bright middle-schooler clearly.
No one has to die is pretty cool. Short and no replay value but its fun.
