Savage roar is showing as a talent vs blood talons and super ooc which will probably change. removed FoN and replaced that with an aoe talent which replaces swipe and has 3 charges each charge deals about 3x swipes damage. Iffy on some of those talents myself. Feeding Frenzy and Runic Longevity just seem useless. The former just makes you Deathstrike less, which might be a healing gain if they make it op, but an overall dps loss.
The latter..I simply can't see how adding a 7th rune helps in a longer fight if you still only generate 3 at a time. Both the other options will get you so much more.
Spellbreaker and Death Pact are the obvious choices for their respective tiers.
Defile vs Bonestorm vs Breath of Sindragosa is gonna be interesting though. With other talents supporting Defile, it could be a huge damage boost, that sacrifices survivability.
Breath of Sindragosa looks to be pretty useless though. Yes, it heals, but it consumes RP which means you can't DS as often. Bonestorm, on the other hand, is a cd to press when you are out of resources, that will still generate damage and healing for you.
In other words, can't wait for Beta to get to me so I can actually try this shit, but some of these talents need more work.

Re-reading the changes, Deathstrike consuming all RP is a baseline thing that happens when you are below 35%, which is a thing that I don't think anyone ever wants to happen. Gotta be careful not to DS after too much of a burst, I guess. Feeding Frenzy is even more useless now because it improves a mechanic you never ever want to use.
Bonestorm costs 2 runes, so not a free thing. Damage is still obscene at 250% AP per second per target, compared to Breath's 100% AP. Healing should be about the same in most situations, unless you are tanking massive amounts of trash with no cooldowns and Bonestorm doesn't allow you to cast anything else during its duration.

Baseline? Yes, definitely. Even if Defile's cooldown can be reset, I don't know if it'll reach what Bonestorm does. BS only has a 1m cooldown anyways.
With Rapid Decomposition? I have no idea. 25% Damage, more healing and Crimson Scourge's cooldown reset could push it over the top for AoE situations, but Bonestorm will definitely be better for single target.
