I get them for the quirky Japanese themes, stories and yes for the lewd side of things. Japan does lewd and sexy so well too, better than western games.

We use a 5 star system, so I don't really have the space to mark down in most cases (I don't think it's fair towards an otherwise perfect game to mark it down if it got, for example, one piece of artwork slightly censored).
