I added scars to mine because it adds authenticity to the character. Sure its a bit "off" during character creation, but it makes sense for the rest of the game because you wouldn't survive the wasteland without getting a couple scars or dark eyes.

Hell they don't even need an "addiction" trait in fallout. The player becomes addicted to using something like Jet all on their own because they become dependent on the slo mo for combat

Bring the cheekbones in a tiny bit and the jaw line in a little bit more

Bring her eyes up a bit and her eyebrows down a bit. Not too much, but you can't just do one or the other because it will look off. Bring the center of the brows down a hair.

Sink her mouth in a bit and bring in the sides.

Bring her mouth up just a tiny bit and her chin up a bit more than that.
Of course you'll have to fiddle around with all of these and get them just right, but that should get you started.
