That being said, just because someone states "it's only planned on X system for now" doesn't mean it'll come out on a different system anytime soon. Just like Nier2, Drakengard3 has the same chance of going multiplatform, and that has yet to happen.
It's always a case by case thing. You can't look at every "for now" the same way, keep in mind the devs/publisher's history first because making any sort of decision.
With Helldivers for example, lot of threads were made about sony platforms losing its exclusivity, even though it was the most obvious shit as every other game the devs made was released on PC too (such as Magicka)

The only somewhat interesting aspect was the world in the first game (not in terms of looks, that was bland as hell) and that aspect was dropped in Chronicles. Everything was so forgettable I can barely remember the characters names even. Shulk is pretty much the only one I can remember and that is because it reminds me of She-hulk.

a few reasons
1 I loved just cause 2 and the gameplay for 3 looks great
2 I liked human revolution and it looks like the devs learned from their mistakes (aside from the third person cover mechanics)
3 I played the beta for 15 and while it clearly had plenty of flaws it also showed promise and with the third person shooting and weapon switching mechanics being confirmed any worries I have for the combat are gone
