Why do they have such short list of songs and all are pre-60's? Did they not make any new music in the next 100 years?
You could be a raider in Fallout NV. Ceaser's Legion wasn't the "raider" option, the Legion are civilized. Anarchy was the raider option.
Also, Fallout will probably head back West in Obsidians upcoming game.

Vehicles = massive, copy and pasted world of nothingness to trick you into a sense of scale. You can run across the map in 10 minutes as it is, vehicles would fuck that up beyond repair.
Sprint is the best we're going to get.
