It is probably more effective to complain indirectly. They do this type of stuff to prevent a public reaction from people who would likely not have bought the game anyway. Bad word of mouth that can influence others has a larger effect than simply not buying the game. It is important to show that they will get a worse reaction from censorship than they would get from including all of the original content of the game. Unfortunately it probably would be more effective to complain in places other than /v/ that get more traffic from normal people. Comparing slider to no slider, original gear to altered gear, comparison of terms and how their meanings have been altered (enough to bypass the "direct translating would sound awkward" filter) and other things. Maybe even have a short blurb or sentence explaining what's being changed and why it's bad.
Posting links and explanations as text is fine, but it would be much easier, streamlined, and lasting as an image that can be easily reposted and shared.

I hate the censorship, and I hate the awful name changes(EX: Dolls=Skrells), but I really want XBX. Like, I don't want to support it, but I love XB and I am sure I'll have load of fun with XBX, so I am going to get it. If I knew moon runes I'd just by the JP version, but I don't.
