Melee has a lot of gaps between good perks so you can dump points into luck then. You dont even need vat crits until level 30+ when the legendaries can one shot you.. 10 strength/4 endurance/6 agility/4 luck works fine

Why do lights seem to have no rule on working? I have a conduit inside the room and I put a light next to it and it doesn't work. But I plug it in on the other side of the base and it works fine no power needed. I cant run a cord to it either.

Im level 24 and i'm going for a Charismatic Drunkman from the 50s.
Mostly use my 2 10mm pistols (One silenced and another high power), but i also carry a shotgun and an explosive round pipe auto pistol to deal with high armor enemies.
Been trying to find a more ''normal'' pistol or a good revolver to replace the 10mm.
I try to be always under the effects of alchohol and have an addiction to it.
My hired gun atleast doesn't bitch about it like Codsworth.

Light just have to be without 1 or 2 walls of a Pylon/Powered Pole, they don't require cords (thankfully, that'd be ugly as fuck) or a specific amount of energy. Sometimes if you try to move a light though it'll unpower and never turn on until you rebuild it. Computers give you more uses the more magazines you find for it, I found a magazine that let me program more for turrets and shit.

Isn't a power fist just a pneumatic glove that applies a lot of additional force to punches? You could maybe dent power armor with one, but to hurt someone inside it? Not seeing how that would work.

The sister was taken hostage by another raider in a brewery. After all the rapings, Lily died so they've stuffed her corpse into a beer brewery vat. It apparently increased the flavor of the beer. To make sure Red doesn't come to fuck them up, Tom now started writing the mails to her. Demanding cake and shit, despite the fact that Lily is turned into beer.
