No glitches happened to me, I can see framerates (and theyre high), i didnt like skyrim or oblivion or fallout 3 as much as everyone else seemed to and fallout 4 is a lot of fun and has a lot of potential, balance is scourge of fun in games especially single player games, the graphics are great considering this is console trash and there will be (gasp) mods that make the textures 2-4x higher resolution, yeh, stuff on ground whoop de doo, games since the 90s have had that, bugs can be fun but i havent found any yet other than clipping/ragdoll freakout, stability and bugs will be patched out officially or unofficially, game isnt janky - what game have you made?, plenty of other developers make games like this and theyre worse, graphics are one of the least important things in a game - but they are pretty important in an atmosphere heavy game like this, people are nitpicking because its /v/ meanwhile theyre either playing it right now and will for 300+ more hours or will come back to it after patches or are too poor to buy it or their machine cant run it, the combat is almost the same but the gunplay and weapon customization is pretty cool and the enemy's combat animations are way better, mods will fix or enhance everything thats why people buy bethesda games, no one plays these games for the writing, you see it once then play it again with a no story mod or skip through the first bit of story and try out a new build or download porn mods, i played all the previous ones more than i like to admit and im not even obsessed like some people are/didnt like most of them, atmosphere is good but gets broken occasionally, nobody actually used companion deaths in battle, everyone would just reload the game or not take the companion with them, couch? doesnt everyone have a dragon dildo automatic fucking 4000$ computer chair?, seriously, the story is adequate to get things rolling and 99% of it is ignoring the main storyline, you CAN, true

There is a foundation you can put out. The problem I have is when you scrap the destroyed houses and then cannot move the foundation that is already there.

Because literally every single source of programming education; print, lecture, or otherwise; starts with "look how easy programming is, and look at all of the different ways you can throw shit together in no time" and ends with "now you know how to make things look like they work, do whatever you want however you want" and never even mention anything about correctness or discipline, whereas those two points should really be emphasized more than anything else from the start and that emphasis should be carried on indefinitely with any aspect of programming introduced by the material.
Proper programming that doesn't produce broken garbage isn't the act of writing code or solving coding problems, it's a difficult and rigorous process for adhering to strict, proper procedure and writing code is just a part of it. But of course that's not "fun" and doesn't attract people to the practice, so most of what you get is a bunch of cowboys attracted to how easy they can make their own video game in turn promoting it to everyone else as "look how easy you can make a video game when you just half-ass it" and that is why your video games are always broken.
