I completely agree. Everyone kept telling me how great Bethesda games are so I gave them a try starting from Oblivion. I got bored from Oblivion other than a few side quests. Then they told me Fallout 3 was amazing, so I decided to give that one a try. I only got more boring shit. Then Skyrim came along and only reinforced it further. How Bethesda is so blindly praised with its legion of fanboys astounds me, their games are all mediocre to okay at most.
