I've been playing Pokemon since '98, and Charizard has been my favorite Pokemon since then because I got Pokemon Red and my brother got Blue.
I think he deserves two Megas because it confused the fuck out of me how he wasn't part dragon, so giving him a Fire/Dragon mega works. But I also learned to like his flying typing, so Fire/Flying also works.
Sucks that apparently liking Charizard isn't cool these days. But I don't really give a fuck because I'm 31 years old and have been a Charizard fan since I was 13, so I'm not just hopping on a bandwagon.

Mega Mawile is a perfect mega. It's a simple upgrade in appearance, whereas I'm sure they would have gone for a more crazy look if they gave Mawile a permanent evolution. I don't think people appreciate megas enough and forget how much they bitched about the evolutions in Gen 4 ruining their old favorites.

I realized Mega Houndoom makes a pretty good option against charizard Y. Mega Houndoom can switch in to get a flash fire boost, then can get a further sp attack boost from solar power, a simple dark pulse would wreck Y.

Banette with Cotton Guard is only available with Cursed Body, as the event it gets Cotton Guard from only gives out Cursed Body Banettes.
You could transfer the event Banette to gen 6 no problem, but hack checks would prevent Frisk or Insomnia Banettes going through, that's all.
