puush makes my screenshots look weird recently, so they look a little warped compared to in-game. The guy is a revolver and rifle build that uses mines a lot, the girl will be stealth focused, using a knife and energy weapons when I don't sneak.

It's gonna be nice when we get more options from mods. But you can make decent looking people.
Now we just need the "Old Dialogue options" and we'll be set, because the "Mute Player Character" mod is already made and in the gameplay options you can turn off the conversation cameras.

definitely denser than New Vegas. Its got a big city area where Boston is which feels like DC from FO3 because its a ton of locations/enemies/structures in one area. Unlike FO3 I feel like I can actually explore the area at a low level without worrying about getting rekt since modding lets you make really good guns early on with no durability to worry out. Sometimes. The only real issue I've had is the cinematic camera sometimes clipping through walls or slingshotting around as character's move. I haven't had any issues of the character's walking off/getting into combat though.

Can you change how your character looks after the first creation?
It doesn't make sense to make a dirty-faced wastelander at the start. You're chilling in your house before the war. You won't look harsh yet. But if you can change your face later, that'll do nicely.

Depends on how picky you are. Just keep playing and they'll drop better armour, rule of tumb is that the far souther you are the better stuff due to the enemies having better equipment.
If you're like me and refuse to wear or use non-legendary items then it may take some time. I've used a legendary metal armour all the way to my current level 31.

are the 10,12 or 9 mm SMGs in this game? are there any revolvers besides the .44 one and the pipe one? I like customization but it removed a lot of the weapons from the game as well, for example instead of having hunting rifle, AM rifle and sniper rifle, they are all consolidated into one weapon with mods, which isn't the same

All armour is terrible looking in general.
But you have to wear it because single outfits all have shit stats.
So you end up looking like a mish mash of screws and plating and shit whether you like it or not. Even when wearing a complete set.

I really wish the armour was done better. With the legendary enemies you'd think they'd make it more fun but with max armourer perk and obsessively killing and looting all unique gear I still just use the one piece Minutemen coat. Micromanaging 5 pieces in a menu without a proper equipment screen isn't worth it when you always end up looking like shit anyways.

the minute men is your people you have to do the sanctuary quests with that nog who wears a cowboy hat then when you do side missions people will ask for a place to stay or something and you will have the option to move them in
i would recommend setting ur shit up in sanctuary though most room of all of them - and the people start out there - the guy will give you missions for new places to build but so far im 4 in and they are all small and the people live there so they cant be moved to ur main base make sure you have charisma lvl 2 perk town leader or some shit before you start building lots, and build 1 small show you want there first bc you wont have people for it later
