I've got 13 charisma and 1 int, it works wonders with Idiot Savant since there are many reocurring speech options that give you xp. Eg. proccing idiot savant on MORE CAPS PLS, gives you 250 xp. You can ask 3 times for more caps, that basically gives you 15x more xp and usually 3/4 of a level up around level 20.

So I don't really get what the point of power armor is in this game. A better mechanic would have been having them require lots of maintenance. Get the armor later and you can wear it around everywhere but if you use it in a fight it's going to need some repairs.

Fallout 4: While it doesn't live up to any of the promises brought with the triple-A name of its studio, or the storied legacy of its title, Fallout 4 is none the less a fun game. The base-building elements and large map should keep wastelanders busy, but for its saving graces, this jaunt into the Commonwealth of Boston leaves a lot to be desired. The streamlined speech interface reduces the game to a non-linear first-person shooter broken up intermittently by fetch quests and segments of exposition while the elimination of skills in favor of a tiered system of perks severely limits character customization options. In short, I Can't Believe It's Not Far Cry.
The game, for its flaws, is definitely worth playing, but I would caution you not to spend full release-day price. Soon enough, there will be a Game of the Year edition complete with DLC add-ons to be had for less of a critical hit to the wallet. I advise you to wait.
