Can't you invest a little bit more money in the graphic card ? I would advice you to go AMD, a r9 290 maybe. You will need those 4Gb of VRAM son.
Also, you didn't mention the monitor. That's also a big expense you need to consider OP.

they will run fine. there is some debate about i5 and i7 but i think the difference will be minimal for these kinds of games.
