Hi guys. Been posting for a little while that I had a friend who has a review copy of the game and that he informed me they removed the boob slider in the game. No one believed me ("HURR MY DAD WORKS AT NINTENDO TOO"), so here's a picture of my friends list showing him playing it.
Names and faces blurred to protect the innocent. I'm sure people will still doubt me, but I have no reason to believe the guy is lying because he's just a big a perv as I am and it was the first thing he checked for.
Just censor, change a lot of the lore unnecessarily, use pig disgusting american VAs and not include the japanese dub my game up f am.

The game is similar to Xenoblade Chronicles in name and some gameplay elements only. (The Wii version i think is much easier to play; 3DS was "remastered" but its a huge pain in the ass playing on a tiny screen)
The battle system is similar and missions are given which require you to go into the world and find X item or kill X beast

They certainly give a LOT of exposure to characters and world itself. You can basically kill off/save NPCs if you make wrong choices. (no save scumming available)
I think if you liked Nopon drug quest in Chronicles you will be interested in X sidequests.
Of course there are more simple ones, but overall quality seems to be quite up.

yeah, almost every quest giving you few choices to choose from, sometime meaningless, sometime meaningful. And it's quite real to choose wrong and let someone die.
There is no save slots like in chronicles, there is one save which tied to your current choosen account on Wii U you are playing from and it autosaves often, at least I think so. Never tried to turn off console and check where it saved. You still can save manually any time you want if you need to quit the game.

Yes, definitely possible without using the doll to fight everything. In my opinion they are far too strong for the purposes of the story and just regular enemies in general. There are some monsters they are pretty much useless on but there are not many of those. There are also some fights which force you out of the doll which is nice I guess.
