Technically since WC1 if you want to get into Medivh going crazy. The thing is that it tends to work if there is an element of betrayal somewhere along with the corruption. Medivh betrays Stormwind, The orcs betray their demon masters (or the demons betray them by fucking off), Arthas is one good betrayal after another, Kerrigan is betrayed by Mengsk, Duran betrays the UED, Altaris betrays the protoss... yadda yadda yadda. According to Richard Knaak, the faggot writer who practically invented the cringeworthy shit known as WoW dragon lore, Old Gods had the ability to fuck with time.
This he used to justify the existence of the Bronze Dragonflight, which was one of the most arbitrary of all the dragon flights. He might have also implied that the bronze prevent mages from time traveling, but since he already made the blue control all forms of magic this was a redundant job.
This may have been retconned by the infinite Dragonflight being the main time saboteurs, their existence attributed to Noz going mad at his own death/not liking the odds of the future.
But then this would ruin the purpose of the bronze flight, unless blizzard will pass it off of Aman'thuls "Master Plan" to ensure that Azeroth is chronologically locked as the spot where the legion is destroyed, like some sort of chess game with Sarg. But this is "too complex" sounding for

You have several blatant problems with this concept, the first is resources.
So let's assume the legion is only timeless in the nether, and once they're summoned into the mortal plane they leave it.
If there is only one demon across all time and space, then they could not leave the nether for there would a potential infinite summoning and infinite desummoning. The legion quantiumly wouldn't exist.
But that's over thinking it, let's point out the fact that this transcendence thing was invented to make Archimonde in WoD not Alt-Archimonde, because that would be less "epic".
This means that their is a hyper present in the twisting nether in which all demons at any given moment in time currently exist.
This would make the legion the Mimic from the Edge of Tomorrow on steroids, because they'd know the outcome of every fight as the hyper present moves forward. Time would keep altering itself to ensure victory, because they'd be repeating timelines over and over again every single milisecond in hyper time.
Overthinking? Well maybe in total retard analysis you can still point out that the demons in WoD are basically acting out the corruption of orcs, with minor alterations and Garroshs intereference causing the big changes. They aren't acting like present demons, they're acting like alt-time line demons.

Shadow Dance was an active ability that was completely braindead. You pressed a button - that btw was already macro'ed with tons of other stuff - and then you'd turn off your brain for 12 seconds. The way it is now it actually integrates into your rotation and it will DRASTICALLY change everything adding complexity compared to how it was before.
Shitting Spree was hated by 9 out of 10 rogues. People were begging for it to DIE and instead of removing it they made it into a talent. It is a horrible skill overall and I'm glad I have to option to get something cool as opposed to that shit.
HoT was a passive ability that literally, and I mean, literally, gave you combo points for free. It was the most casual shit Rogue's had and it is now gone.

It's just a weird feeling going from the Ashbringer to a Dust-covered Emberblade of the Bear. The transistion is just too warping for that to happen, so I just want to know what they're going to do to prevent that sort of thing. And really, I'm mostly worried about the ability to select talents based on artifact power, and how that whole system will be dealt with it/when it get rid of them after Legion.
Brings up another point, the expansion is called Legion and makes it the second expansion with Burning Legion being the focus for the most part. We sure as hell know we won't kill Sargeras and even Azshara, so how can they possibly try and sell people another expansion based on this? I just hope, and I know I'm wrong, that we won't have Kil'Jaeden as the final boss again. "He's at full power this time, and with legs!" So fucking tired of the Legion as a whole, and just wish they'd make new enemies to encounter, but it's almost like we're in the stalemate similar to that of Warhammer 40k.
