However, I don't want to overburden the artist that chooses to draw this.
This request is still incomplete and open to suggestion. Another point to take into consideration is whether it'd be funnier if the undefined character(s) were new or experienced with drugs. If Steiner, I'd imagine that'd be funnier if he were new to drugs, but maybe someone will see something I missed (like Quina and ALL THE MUNCHIES). Still, I can't decide the best way to complete this request by myself.

Maybe apply a bit more construction to your toes, they stick out as kinda wonky looking. Obviously I can only see your thought process in the lines you've drawn, so maybe you did it in your head, but a lot of them just look like five little bits on the end of the foot, rather than the finger-like appendages that they are.

Just trying to help here and there to my ability. And it's pretty quick to just draw over when there's no anatomy or perspective gone so wrong that you have to move or remove limbs.
At least you seem receptive which is a good thing. Guides, tutorials and what not, anatomy yada yada. But outside of that I'd suggest you to just draw a lot. Then try to recognize (yourself and with the help of others) what's wrong and do it again. Don't go back to fix things too often or dwell on finished things since you need more mileage. I know it may be a request and you'd want to do it better but you're helping yourself and others more by getting better than trying to (for the lack of a better analogy - don't take this the wrong way) polish shit.
Observe how things are constructed so you know why you're drawing something some way, not just how to do it in one instance. It's also good to observe how others construct or render things and pick things that you like and try them out.

Yeah watching others around and their things is good. It may be a little boring to follow some guides or tutorials but there really is some merit to it. Some things you may not just realize from observing alone. It really helps if you find someone you actually enjoy to listen to. I personally enjoy Sycras videos he's pretty down to earth. He has some good tutorial videos most of which you can probably just listen to in the background and hear tips and stuff if you already have a grasp of what he's talking about. They're not meticulous and boring like: "Now watch my hand carefully as I draw this line."
