The same game with smaller system requirements supports up to 3000 dynamic lights in the same scene on a massive map!

You can end up being capable of doing everything. But you can only do quests one way which is the first time you do them.
So you're going to end up playing the game one way, then as you branch out into the other ways you'll be doing other content with those skills.
I honestly don't see how that ruins multi playthroughs? Sure, you could work with Tenpenny as a revolver wielding badass, or you could invade his tower with a fucking flamer. You can still only do one thing per playthrough.

They could both be better, but then again I need to see PC version at 1440p in front of me, legit - to make that claim.
One thing I've noticed though, despite the texture work being sub-par is the fact that there seems to be a much larger variety of shit to see in this game compared to the last. They're still reusing assets, but because its 'muh next gen', they have a larger memory pool to work with. Which means there is way more unique objects in the world.
That's pretty much what I expected and hoped for with a next-gen Bethsoft game. Just more variety, a little bigger, a little more. Was never expecting to be blown away by texture work.

Naw, zones have leveling restrictions to them. So a zone that's Level 15-20, after you pass level 20 will stay in the level 20 range. You'll have to go to high level areas to encounter high level creatures all the time.
Only other way would be if settlement invaders are leveled too, which they probably are.

So few games these days do morality systems well. Can you think of any where being an absolute bastard benefits you?
I hate the fact that being bad results in a "bad" ending. We're given a choice but the developers insert their own perception of good and bad with predetermined outcomes and endings which results on them judging you. In the real world being a bastard gets you pretty far (see ruthless businessmen and salesmen) but in games they give you a supposedly inferior ending.
I can't think of any games where I've been a complete cunt to everybody and the game gives me an ending that says "Look at me, aren't I great?"

My theory is that that is Strong and companion teleports are based on a timer. If your companion doesn't catch up with after a given time limit he will teleport behind. Strong almost caught up but the timer expired so...teleport.

Definitely get at least 8GB of ddr3 ram, and holy shit that GPU. Get a way better GPU, I have an MSI geforce 950 and I love it since it's pretty good value for only $170. You should at least have 2GB of video card memory though for medium-high graphics I assume for fallout 4. I don't think you'd be able to handle F4 with low detail with your card, unless i'm missing something.

They said that for geforce cards the minimum req was 1GB of video ram for low detail and I think 4 GB. So you're at least looking for a new GPU at minimum. They listed the Radeon HD 7850 as a minimum requirement for graphics cards, and an I5 intel chip. There were of course other specs but i'm too lazy to look them up. Pretty sure it was 4GB of DDR3 ram for min though.

This card is litterally your best bet. It's a really nice card, and it's cheap as fuck. I bought this exact card (for 119$ during the sale) and I can play the latest games on medium high, and older games (pre 2014 games) on high/ultra/60fps
Some newer games thought like the battlefront beta could only run at 60fps if I played on medium (with some things like view distance set to high) and shadows on low.
If you don't care about 60fps, everything can run on high, and keep a steady 30fps.
