They're simply asking reviewers not to post their reviews (which is scummy as shit not denying that). They're not telling the press "hey if you post early content we're going to make sure to never involve ourselves with you again" but that's what would happen.
Which is fucking huge because literally the only thing any gaming news site or reviewer has anymore is "exclusive coverage" or the ability to to be the first ones out there to post content relating to an upcoming release.
