Wasn't 3 and NV released for consoles as well and it's pretty much the same exact game with the same engine with slightly muddier textures, should run fine on anything really.

My biggest gripe with FO4 even though I kept myself in the dark are those new dialogue options.

Fallout 4 does look a lot better then the previous games vanilla in general, I'm sorry to not-echochamber here.
NV was also quite a sloppily released game.
That dungeon was crafted for E3, which should say a lot. Implement enough tricks and you can make it look better. You can see they implement a nice amount of round objects at close range so the AA didn't have to be scaled up as much.
Don't know why FO3 didn't look better, just know it didn't dissapoint at the time because it was on the level which was seen as normal at the time.

I haven't played through Witcher 3 because it's a fucking massive game, progress feels a bit slow and crafting is confusing. Else it's fun, at least for me who never played a Witcher game before. I consider it a good game tho.
MGSV however was shit. I don't give a fuck about the drama that happened outside of the game, but the following parts made me dislike the game:
- bad story pacing and telling (get out of the copter, cutscene happens. Or LISTEN TO ALL TAPES TO GET THE ACTUAL ENDING. And disable all nukes)
- Repeating missions, both side and main

Pokemon has clear and crisp visuals that let people clearly know what's happening in the scene. The non-battle animations could be a lot better, for sure, but the "graphics" aren't shit. You're confusing graphics for visuals. Graphics aren't important, visuals are. Fallout 4 does have some pretty good visuals at times, but there's a lot of incompetence whent it comes to models, animations and textures. So you got half good visuals and half horrible visuals, and that ruins the overall experience. One time you'd catch yourself gawking at the godrays or whatever, and the next you quickly snap back because a giant texture would straight up not load for 20 minutes straight, or the nicely crafted building's meshes are just a box sharp edges and no detailing.

I have bought the game three times. Once on my PC so I can play it early on steam, a digital copy for my Xbox one and the physical copy with the pip boy. I bought the regular prima guide, the limited edition prima guide and the survival edition guide plus more. I have purchased literally every piece of limited edition merchandise for this game. I don't regret it one bit because if its fallout 3 with a different story and setting, I couldn't be happier.
