Will I be able to play this game if my Japanese is iffy? I can read a little bit of Japanese but I'm not super fluent. I had the old Project Diva games on the PSP and I could navigate the menus, read and select costumes and all that just fine.

For getting DLC off the JP PSN, is it best to buy a second memory card, and after you to reformat your Vita to JP region, save everything on that second memory card?
When reformatting back to NA region, can you just stick your primary memory card back in with everything intact?
