sadly, currency rules our world. if you don't have any, you aren't even entitled to live. if you make a product for mass consumption, it costs money, even if you did a bad job you deserve compensation for the time you gave for the project. I know currency and the job market are hard things for basement dwelling neckbeard to understand though.

In a capitalist system, you "deserve" nothing. You are paid whatever the market is able and willing to pay you. Piracy is a part f the market, when consumers would rather risk legal punishment rather than pay you for your product.

actually yes you do, in the capitalist system that we use it is illegal for an employer to not reimburse an employee for their time, even if the end product is shit. piracy isn't a part of the capitalist system, it exists outside of it hence why it is illegal to pirate. if piracy was just a fine part of the system there would be no legal repercussion for the literal niggers who like to steal from hard working, contributing members of society.
