FX9370 and a 390x, game runs buttery smooth and i've played it for 7 hours no issues.

One moment i'm at 80 FPS, and suddenly it drops to the high 20's, followed by stuttering.

I'm only 2 missions in, but you get your own safehouse to do a lot of customisation shit. I think you can change your loadouts at crates during some areas missions, unless this was just a tutorial thing. So far I haven't encountered any previous game references.
