Basically, we use Teamviewer and he plays on his keyboard while i use a controller. Teamviewer's alittle wonky though, so he needs to use the numpad and directional keys since the alphabetical ones cause some frame issues on his end.
Also we kick it to lower resolutions for smoother gameplay. You can't play fullscreen either.

All you need is a ranged way to clear crowds. Hush's bullets go slow enough to react even at close range.
The only problematic attack is the one where he shoots between the sides of the screen. At that point find a sweet spot you don't get hit in or just hide on the side until he is done.
