The reason for Papyrus and his spaghetti bullshit is explained; why Alphys and Undyne are a couple isn't really and it seems like it is only there to drive the story for befriending Undyne. The point still stands that one of them could have been of the opposite sex.
Undyne was teaching Papyrus how to cook and they're both horrible chefs; that's where the spaghetti comes in. If anything, it almost feels like Undyne should have been with Papyrus.

I like to think that in True Pacifist, everything just ends up fine. I mean, people seem to have forgotten the whole "If a monster absorbs a human soul it'll become a being of unimaginable power" thing. Not really, as soon as the prophecy is fulfilled one way or the other and Flowey's mind is changed, there's no real force beyond you, the player, that can reset the world. Why do you think when Flowey begs you not to reset he mentions how Frisk is truly happy as an incentive not to? The resets were never Frisk's doing, they were yours. Both Sans and Asriel's fights were about frustrating you to the point where you would reset the game. Only Omega Flowey has any interest in not letting you reset, and he would have gone on forever just killing you if not for the six souls rebelling.
Sans can feasibly go his own way at that point. Once you get an ending the prophecy has been fulfilled and Frisk is outside your influence.

He'll have you repeat time a few more times to make sure that you're another time traveler. Sans cared, once. But everything resetting wore him down. If he made any progress in trying to understand or solve the issue, it would just be forgotten. He was stuck in an eternal time loop with no solution. He became apathetic and turned to the only thing that made him happy, which was goofing off alongside his brother. Sans only interferes because he is self-assured that time will reset even if a few bad things happen. It is only when the faced with the reality that everything in their world will be dead and empty that he acts.
The prophecy all the monsters follows state that one day they will be freed and their world will be empty. Whichever way the prophecy is fulfilled, Sans has reason to believe that the resets will cease. He'd rather live through the resets than have everything gone. He's also done the same shit to Flowey that he does to Frisk/Chara; his entire plan in fighting you is to frustrate to the point where you reset and choose to play another way. Flowey has killed lots of monsters in previous experiments of his own only to be stopped by Sans. He knows this going in which is why he tries so hard to bait you into doing what he couldn't, bypassing Sans.

Well it doesn't really say anywhere exactly what it is Frisk is determined to do, I think that's sort of up to you as the player.
This isn't really directed specifically toward you, ant it's probably already been said a bunch of times before. But I think part of the point is that frisk is whatever you want him to be. Like uhh, I identify with Frisk more as a boy, and a really nice fellow. That's the way I thought of him and that's the way I played him and the game never really got in the way of that. That's sort of the point, he's YOUR character. For the duration of the game at least. Why he does, or feels anything is totally up to you.

Frisk was covered in bandages PRIOR to landing in the garden.
They were presumed injured or sickly well before even climbing the mountain.
The other 6 humans didnt bond with Chara, but Frisk did. There is a small chance that Frisk actually jumped into the underground and actually died. A sickly or weak body falling from a height. I mean, it was explained that Chara got hurt, but aside from blurting out a few obscenities, I think they were okay.
Frisk, bandages and all, probably died on impact, then was possessed by Chara. The latent soul energy of Chara's soul would fully revive Frisk at the end of the True Ending, while Chara's successful possession would revive them at the end of he Genocide Playthrough.
