It would suck anyways. They would just follow the direction of Skate 3. Making it less about authenticity and respect to skateboarding like the first game and more goofy ass hall of meat shit with more super epic mega ultra skate parks catering to the pewdiepie audience and the truly awful Rise Skating community.

Sad because Skate 1 and 2 are both excellent games and the fucking hype when this trailer dropped https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Juh0p6u5rM

You don't want it to get made, anon. Just be happy Skate 1 and 2 exist. After seeing what happened to the Tony Hawk's series, I'm glad they're not going to make anymore.

Skate 2 was one of the best games ive ever played. I cant tell you how many amazing memories ive had playing with friends on xbox on that game. We all have agreed that it was a 10/10. Shame about skate 3, and the fact that there wont be another one ever made. I might load it up today and ride the mega compound one last time.

I only played Skate 3. What was so bad about it? I thought it was pretty solid despite the hilarious glitches you could do

This is from 2013. It's from the final edition of the community ran online magazine "LikeButter Mag", three years after Skate 3 released.

Chris "Cuz" Perry has been with the Skate team since the beginning and was also a in game character in all three games.

These are his final thoughts on the future of Skate series.

Here's my main problem(s)
The map is horrrible.
Its all a big downhill.
It ditched the underground/Urban feel that 1 and 2 did perfectly.
It feels to forced. Every spot feels like its there for you to skate on and they stick out of the enviroment like a sore thumb.
