Am I the only one that thinks that Venom is a more capable leader of a PMC/PF group? His silent and mysterious, yet still fatherly interpretation of Big Boss better fits the no nation/philosophy/ideology mentality of Outer Heaven than Big Boss.

I genuinely think that the concept of Outer Heaven could have succeeded if not for Big Boss's giant fucking ego and hard-on to surpass the Boss's will.
But Venom is Big Boss, just one of several dissociated identities. The 'OUTER HEAVEN' 'soldier state' was never anything but an absolutely insane and wicked idea.

Deep down, Liquid blames everything on his inferior genes as opposed to his skill as a soldier. The line is Venom finally giving up on Eli, both figuratively and literally. He knows that Eli is a lost cause.
