How do you know that?
If they're just done translating the game, insertion and editing is going to take a great deal of time.
As a translator, inserting around 1.3mb of text took around 150 hours, testing included - and that amounts to 7 hours to text, including waiting for voices to finish.
I can't even imagine how much time it'll take them to go through this process on such a massive scale with Carpe Fulgur being such a tiny dev.
