After playing the living shit out of REmake and getting all achievements and speedrunning it, I've finally moved onto Resident Evil 4, and will play it for as long as it takes Capcom to remove GFWL from RE5 before I move onto it.
I don't know what to do with the mountain of flash grenades the game loves to give me, at least the Incendiary Grenades had their use against the two blind claw enemies, it was fun watching them flail around and attack walls while they burned.

Avernum 2 in silky smooth 120 fps. Look at that graphical fidelity. $1500 well spent.

Early game combat is shit, you just have to deal with it. Or you could make a melee character, it's slighty less shit then.
Also get youself a notebook, because in-game journal often doesn't really help, and most of characters don't have faces you could remember, just name and bunch of pixels.

But anyway, whenever I boot up a game or do anything remotely stressful, my PC shuts down and keeps restarting itself, only to shut down as soon as the fan whirs. Strangely enough, if I turned the PSU switch off for a while and booted it up again, it'll load to windows no problem, until it does this thing all over again. I suspect a defective PSU or a short in either the case power button or the motherboard pin where the case power button cable is connected.

Steam is pretty shit and people never buy games full price on release but instead waiting for sales when under $10. Also releasing unfinished or broken games on PC is less of a big deal since some faggots will patch it themselves. Also who cares about optimization, mustards will buy $400 cards if it runs like shit. Point is, there is a reason why devs treat PC gamers like second class citizens.
