There's Blade and Soul in a russian private server where they acknowledge their english community and have been trying their best to support it, as well as having their own english community playing in the same server with their russkies
I get 150 ping while being from Venezuela, granted I'm using WTFast free "trial", but then again, WTFast just had an update which removed the limit on its 30 days trial

I'm playing Neverwinter. It's p2w as fuck but the combat is fun and the story is fine. The player made dungeons can be good and i like the pace of the game. Probably going to stop playing once i hit max level because i don't want to spend real money leveling my enchantments (you need to buy wards for real money for %100 upgrade chance)
Pvp is shit because of wallet warriors but whatever it's been fun so far. Better then the tab targeting mmo's I've played.

It is really shit how there's not many MMOs with action combat, especially without the Korean grind or P2W/money milking aspects. Action combat was the only thing that made me really enjoy PvP in RPGs.

I've been playing SMT Imagine and XIV, but both games get repetitive as of recently. I just want DFO to come out because at least the server won't have latency problems compared to playing the Tencent version.
