Oh fuck nigga that whole chapter approached masterpiece status. If they could put that much love into an entire game with a new story and all new characters, xillia 2 could have easily been my favorite entry. Almost everything new was great at the least.

An RPG. The overworked is rogue like and the battles are kinda a watered-down type of CUHRAYZEE.

Those ones are for the game I'm co-developing right now, a strategy RPG where you play as a necromancer. The first one plays in the midgame dungeon (which the player at that point thinks is the last dungeon, a la Kid Icarus Uprising) and the reprise plays in the actual final dungeon.

Even though they're usually only 6-7 second loops both Yume Nikki and .flow do a great job of providing the player with very atmospheric and hypnotic soundtracks that fit perfectly for the areas you hear them, despite spending only a few minutes in each on average.
