he'll almost definitely end up being mid tier, because they're going to balance him against the rest of the roster, rather than the other way around.

The only real changes I would expect Mewtwo to have is to be heavier and not float.
Those two aspects alone would save him from being low-tier again.

I hope he's fairly balanced
I hope they change his moveset somewhat. Mewtwo has so many options because his movepool is fucking massive. What they gave him in melee was kinda underwhelming.
The main thing I want is for him to be faster.
Like, why the fuck was he so slow in Melee? He's one of the fastest Pokemon.
