Well my family was full of fatties, huge portions of shit food, like some of my earliest memories are of my parents taking me to Taco Bell and shit and just getting my like 4-5 regular tacos.

Get a obsession. I used to eat like an Olympic weightlifter, now I eat about a thousand calories a day. The way I changed my diet was a combination of horrible, never-ending anxiety, and reading shitty fanfiction. I literally read so much I don;t have time to think about eating. If it were not for the excruciating pain that comes from not using the bathroom I wouldn't do that either.
A warning though, I'm STILL really fat, if anything I'm FATTER than I was before, since my daily exercise routine is walking from my bed to my chair in the morning and then back to my bed at night.

We're pretty sure that corporate doesn't give a flying fuck about us since we were a super walmart before super walmarts were a thing so we're hilariously small compared to new ones and our town originally sold them a massive plot of land to let them make a real super walmart but then the city got cold feet, pulled out some law they were ignoring and told walmart to go away.
