I'd still be mad since it's still a recolor, unless not only they changed his moveset completely but also tried giving him different clothes so it doesn't look like a stupid edgy version of pit.

But if they did, it would make me happier, except in Doc's case. If they gave Doc a different moveset, they should have putin Paper Mario instead. At least Paper Mario comes from an alternate universe.

The problem is that is a recolor, I don't mind some OWW THE EDGE evil version of the character but make him different, Dark Pit looks like just a deviantart recolor. It's like in Kid Icarus 4 we got a red winged Pit called "Blood Pit" or yellow winged Pit called "Gold Pit" the same fucking character with different colors.

Want a good example of a Dark Version? Dark Samus and the SA-X, both evil versions of Samus who could have gotten into the game instead, look clearly different (Specially Dark Samus) and it would have also been easy to give them a different moveset.
