Shulk: Saw him this morning
Ridley: Flying mechanic, not much shown but they needed to show all characters
Chorus Men: One is the main one while the others assist in attacks
Mewtwo: May not be in final game, he isn't in the final Japanese build, but may be in Day One patch if finished, if not, then free DLC
"New" 3DS will release 2015 in NA

OP, here's are some ideas for proof without giving yourself or what hotel you're staying at away:
1- put the time stamp on one of the hotel's notepads. Cover the hotel name. All Hotel rooms have little white sticky-note-esque notepads. Not too common among households.
2-Go back to the convention center and snap a quick photo of the timestamp on something that identifies that you're even at PAX. like a sign or something. Do it discreetly, nobody will notice or care.
